Requirements:

  • Higher education

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for and attracting office premises
  • Maintaining and expanding the client and property database

  • Evaluating deal profitability
  • Organizing and documenting deals (lease, sublease, sale/purchase) between owners and tenants/buyers
  • Maintaining relationships with owners after deal closure
  • Reporting

Ventilation Systems Operation Engineer

The Ventilation Systems Operation Engineer is responsible for organizing technical operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of ventilation units, air conditioning systems, and related engineering equipment. His work is aimed at ensuring reliable and safe operation of all systems, preventing emergency situations, and maintaining comfortable operating conditions of facilities.

List of responsibilities

  • Organization of preventive inspections of equipment.
  • Analysis of the causes of failures and malfunctions in system operation, taking measures to eliminate and prevent them.
  • Development and establishment of operating modes for ventilation systems and air conditioning units.
  • Organization of operation of ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, and sewage systems.
  • Ensuring maintenance, adjustment, inspection, and testing of equipment.
  • Preparation of defect lists for major and routine repairs.
  • Development of plans, instructions, and schedules for repair and maintenance work.
  • Participation in concluding contracts with specialized organizations for testing and adjustment of equipment.
  • Acceptance into operation of new facilities and systems after major repairs.
  • Participation in the development of technical passports for ventilation systems.
  • Preparation of documentation and reporting.
  • Supervision of system installation during capital construction.
  • Preparation of requests for materials, tools, and equipment.

SITE MANAGER -Job Description

  1. Participates in the selection and onboarding of suppliers
  2. Participates in benchmarking and supplier analysis, identifies opportunities for optimization.
  3. Maintain database of contracts in the original and scan copies
  4. Provides the necessary background information as part of budget preparation.
  5. Provides an analytical assessment of the estimates and commercial offers of suppliers.
  6. Manages office reconstruction projects and necessary repairs.
  7. Supervises the operational activities of the office:
  8. Manage the organization of workplaces for office staff, checks the fire safety, sanitary conditions in the office premises (lighting, ventilation and temperature conditions)
  9. Monitor the quality of cleaning of a contracting cleaning company,
  10. It determines the procedure for obtaining inventory items, draws up letters of attorney, organizes payments for delivered stationery, supplies and other inventory items needed in the office, controls billing and payment,
  11. Monitors the proper condition of office equipment, communications; upon detection of malfunctions of office equipment and other equipment
