Due to business development and expansion, the company is opening a position for a Consultant in the OFFICE, RESIDENTIAL, and RETAIL real estate department.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of experience in the office/retail/residential real estate sector
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is required, ability to build client relationships, experience in negotiations including by phone, articulate speech
- Public speaking skills
- Business correspondence skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet)
- Proactiveness, goal orientation, result-driven mindset, responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Searching for and attracting office premises
- Maintaining and expanding the client and property database
- Identifying owners’ needs, signing brokerage service agreements, negotiating on behalf of owners
- Evaluating deal profitability
- Organizing and documenting deals (lease, sublease, sale/purchase) between owners and tenants/buyers
- Maintaining relationships with owners after deal closure
- Reporting
