Due to business development and expansion, the company is opening a position for a Consultant in the OFFICE, RESIDENTIAL, and RETAIL real estate department.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • At least 1 year of experience in the office/retail/residential real estate sector
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is required, ability to build client relationships, experience in negotiations including by phone, articulate speech
  • Public speaking skills
  • Business correspondence skills
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet)
  • Proactiveness, goal orientation, result-driven mindset, responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for and attracting office premises
  • Maintaining and expanding the client and property database
  • Identifying owners’ needs, signing brokerage service agreements, negotiating on behalf of owners
  • Evaluating deal profitability
  • Organizing and documenting deals (lease, sublease, sale/purchase) between owners and tenants/buyers
  • Maintaining relationships with owners after deal closure
  • Reporting

  • 5-day work week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
