Roger Holland
President Roger Holland is a British national, founder and President of the Company. He is a graduate of the University of Southampton and holds a Bachelor degree in Accountancy & Statistics. He has regularly spoken at international conferences and round table discussions as a professional real estate expert. He has also had articles published on property and investments both in Kazakh and international journals. Mr. Holland was often invited by top Kazakh universities to deliver lectures on entrepreneurship and leadership.
Evgeniy Dolbilin
Vice President Mr. Dolbilin is a Kazakh national and holds a Masters Degree in Economics. He has been with the Company since it was formed in 1998. His portfolio includes large scale investment activity, acquisition and brokerage transactions with both multinational and local blue chip companies, banks, developers and investment funds. Mr. Dolbilin is regularly interviewed by the local and international press as a recognized real estate expert on Kazakhstan.
Sergey Matveyev
Director of Scot Holland. Sergey Matveyev is a Kazakh national and holds a Master’s Degree in engineering. He has extensive experience supervising and managing projects throughout Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Central Asia. There are many well-known multi-national companies in Sergey’s portfolio. He joined Scot Holland in 2008 and was promoted to Managing Director of the company in 2017.
Farida Kulkeyeva
DIRECTOR OFFICE AGENCY Farida Kulkeyeva is a Kazakh national and holds a Master’s Degree in International Finance. She has an extensive experience in managing various commercial real estate rental projects in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Central Asia. There are many well-known multi-national companies among her clients. Farida Kulkeyeva joined Scot Holland | Part of the CBRE affiliate network in November 2012 and now is acting as a Director of the Office Agency Department.
