In the first quarter of 2012 the Valuation Department of Scot Holland | CBRE has completed the preparation of valuation reports for four companies (names could not be disclosed due to the contract obligations) in Kazakhstan. Certified Valuation Reports covered Industrial, retail, and construction sectors in Almaty and Astana, Kazakhstan. Volume of valuation expertise in the first quarter of 2012 exceeded USD37 mln.
Management of the companies expressed high satisfaction with the quality level of the services rendered by the Scot Holland | CBRE team, and expressed intentions for future collaboration.
