A group of licensed appraisers at Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis | Kazakhstan has successfully completed the valuation of almost a thousand of oil carriages and gondolas for the “IstComtrans” company in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
‘IstComtrans’ - a largest and leading oil transport company in the region - commissioned Scot Holland | CBRE for performing a valuation for determining the current market value of the above-mentioned assets, which was required for attracting international financing and investment and the assets would be used as a collateral in the bank.
