A group of licensed appraisers at Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis | Kazakhstan has finished a valuation process with the purpose of identifying the fair market value of several Project land plots in Astana city and Almaty Region with the prime purpose of attracting the international loan facility. As a result the Client, a leading development company from South Korea, successfully managed to sign the financing agreement with an international bank.
