Almaty, July 2014 – A team of licensed appraisers at Scot Holland | CBRE | Kazakhstan has successfully completed a valuation of the “Kazakhstan” hotel in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. The hotel is a unique architectural monument located in the upper part of the city.
The architectural attractiveness of the “Kazakhstan” hotel combines well with the progress of modern civilization and the traditional hospitality of the Kazakh nation.
The aim of the report was to evaluate current market value for attracting additional investment.
The report was issued in accordance with the Law of Kazakhstan “On Appraisal Activity” № 109-II dated 30th November 2000, the ‘Appraisal Manual’ published by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the International Valuation Standards (IVS, 2007) approved for implementation in Kazakhstan.
