Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis announced successful renegotiations to prolong the contract and reduce rental rates for Etihad Airlines in Almaty. Etihad Airways is the National Airline of the United Arab Emirates. The airline was set up by a Royal Decree in July 2003, with Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, as its hub. Etihad started commercial operations in November 2003. Regular flights to Almaty commenced in December 2008 and to Astana in May 2009.
The cooperation between Etihad Airlines and Scot Holland | CBRE was established 2008, when Etihad’s first office in Kazakhstan was opened. The strong business relationship allows for the exploration of possibilities for optimizing the existing contracts in line with the current market situation and conditions.
