DETERMINATION OF FAIR MARKET RENTAL RATE
Almaty, September 2013 – A team of licensed appraisers at Scot Holland | CBRE | Kazakhstan and CBRE London has started a project to determine the fair market rental rate of a leased office occupied by a government agency in an Almaty business centre. The appraisal report is for internal use only.
The Scot Holland | CBRE team has performed a number of such studies across a wide range of property types and in different cities across Kazakhstan.
