A FAIR MARKET VALUE OF “ARCELORMITTAL” JSC
Almaty, September of 2013 – A group of licensed appraisers at Scot Holland | CBRE | Kazakhstan and CBRE London has started a Valuation project of some sections of buildings in the Mining and Metallurgical Complex JSC "ArcelorMittal Temirtau" located in Temirtau, Karaganda region, Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the project is the assessment of the estimated market value of the property.
JSC "ArcelorMittal Temirtau" is part of the corporation "ArcelorMittal", which is a world leader in the production of steel. Joint Stock Company "ArcelorMittal Temirtau" is the largest mining and metallurgical company in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is an integrated mining and metallurgical complex with its own coal, iron ore and energy base.
