Almaty- May 27, 2009- the official opening ceremony of the “Pizza Hut” Restaurant in
Almaty took place. This restaurant is the first of its kind in Central Asia. The selection of
premises was proposed by Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis. Taking into consideration
the specific requirements of the Client, Scot Holland | CBRE performed a detailed
analysis of a number of existing premises, in order to choose the best option.
The cooperation between “The Caspian International Restaurants Company” and “Scot
Holland | CB Richard Ellis” started in 2007. At the moment Scot Holland | CBRE is in
the process of selecting premises for the opening of several more restaurants of the
networks of “Rostik’s KFC” and “Pizza Hut”, both in Almaty and in other regions of
Kazakhstan.
