Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has announced the signing of a Lease Agreement by the “SICIM” company in Atyrau.
SICIM is a construction company established in 1962, offering a full range of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.
The experience gained as a result of operating for the most important international Oil & Gas companies has allowed SICIM to continuously modify and perfect all of its operating procedures and adapt them to the specific technical and contractual requirements.
This Lease Agreement is the continuation of a cooperation, which was started 5 years ago, and shows the strategic development of the company in the Caspian region, as well as the high level of confidence of SICIM in the services provided by Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis on the territory of Kazakhstan.
