Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has announced the signing of a Lease Agreement for 263 sqm of office premises located in the “Nurly Tau” Business Centre for the pharmaceutical company «Polpharma».
Polpharma SA belongs to the group of market leaders in the pharmaceutical industry in Poland. For 75 years it has enjoyed the trust of patients, physicians and business partners.
Polpharma is currently the largest Polish manufacturer of generic drugs and pharmaceutical substances. It produces a wide range of prescription drugs and drugs used in inpatient care.
The company is the majority shareholder in Medana Pharma S.A. from Sieradz, which is the leader in the area of manufacture of pediatric drugs and vitamin preparations in modern forms.
The search and securing of new office premises was the first case of cooperation between Scot Holland | CBRE and «Polpharma» Kazakhstan.
