Atyrau, July, 1ST 2009 - Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has announced the completion of a deal and signing of a Lease Agreement for a new office for the “GAS” company in Atyrau.
The “GAS” company is an expert in the field of geophysical research of the sea shelf. The head office of the company is located in Italy. The company first started working in Kazakhstan in 2004, with its office based in Aktau at the time. However, in 2007 the central office of the company on the territory of Kazakhstan was relocated to Atyrau.
The proven reserves of industrial-category crude oil in the Atyrau region are estimated at more than 2.5 Billion tons, attracting large numbers of international oil & gas operators and significant foreign investments to the O&G sector in the region.
