A group of licensed appraisers at Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis | Kazakhstan has completed the valuation of an office building belonging to the ‘Ak Erke’ company in Almaty.
‘Ak Erke’ is a large distribution company and the representative of L’Oreal in Kazakhstan, and needed the determination of the current market value of the office building located in the most prime area in Almaty for a further management decision. The Senior Management of the ‘Ak Erke’ company recognized the appraisal results as the fair market value and in line with current market terms and conditions.
