Scot Holland | CBRE has announced the successful closing of a deal and signing of a Lease Agreement for new residential premises for «Maersk Oil Kazakhstan GmbH». The new premise area exceeds 300 sq.m. located in 14th districts, which is famous for its proximity to the coast of the Caspian Sea, and close to financial city center.
Maersk Oil Kazakhstan GmbH, a subsidiary of Maersk Olie og Gas AS is operator of the field Dunga in western Kazakhstan. Today is the first stage of full development of the field Dunga. Maersk Olie og Gas AS, founded in 1962, the Group is part of AP Moller-Maersk and successfully leading oil and gas production capacity of 800.000 barrels per day. The company is active in the Danish, German, Norwegian and British sectors of the North Sea, Qatar in the Middle East, as well as in several other countries, including Kazakhstan, the Gulf of Mexico to the United States, Brazil and Angola. The search for new premises was the first case of cooperation between Scot Holland | CBRE and Maersk Oil Kazakhstan GmbH on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Following the successful closing of the deal, the performance of the Scot Holland | CBRE team was highly commended by the Senior Management of the Maersk Oil Kazakhstan GmbH, which expressed hopes for further cooperation.
