Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has announced the successful closing of a deal and signing of a Lease Agreement for new retail premises for the «SPORTMASTER» brand in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The new premises have a total area of more than 2,000 sqm and are situated in a prime location at the intersection of Dostyk Ave. and Bogenbay Batyr Str. Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis was appointed by «SPORTMASTER» as the primary consultant and Brokerage Agent for this project. The SPORTMASTER Group of Companies is the undisputed leader on the retail and wholesale market of sports goods in Russia and CIS. The company has achieved this position through sound strategy and a professional team built around purpose and confidence - a combination leading to the success not only of sports teams, but of large trading companies as well.
