Scot Holland| CB Richard Ellis has announced the closing of a deal and signing of a Lease Agreement for new office premises for the “Haileybury” British School located in the “Arman” Business Centre in Astana, Kazakhstan.
Haileybury, one of Britain’s oldest and most prestigious independent boarding schools is located in Hertford, UK. The first Haileybury School was opened in Almaty in 2008, and currently there are existing plans to open a similar facility in Astana with its campus located on the left bank of the city.
The Management Board of Haileybury has expressed satisfaction with the successful closing of the office lease deal and with the quality of the customer services provided by Scot Holland | CBRE.
