Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has announced the completion of a deal and signing of a contract with a fast food operator for the "Aruzhan" shopping and entertainment centre in Astana. ”Aruzhan” is a new shopping centre located in the right-bank area of the capital. The total area of this development is 28,000 sqm, and its key components include a food supermarket, children\'s entertainment area and fashion gallery, sports goods outlets, as well as a food court and restaurant area.
Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis was commissioned to provide brokerage services for the ‘Aruzhan’ shopping centre, which is scheduled for opening in early March 2010. The Client has expressed hopes for further cooperation and readiness to participate in the implementation of new projects together with Scot Holland | CBRE in Kazakhstan.
