The Strategic Consulting Department of Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has completed the preparation of a Feasibility Study and Project Recommendations Report related to the development of a new large-scale project in Almaty, Kazakhstan.The Report was requested by the Client as a base for making an internal management decision regarding the development strategy and structure of the components of the planned project.
