This award follows a number of recent successes for EMEA Property and Asset Management. Earlier this year, the team was appointed by CBRE Investors to manage a new fund with an initial target investment size of €200 million. Properties have already been purchased in London, Paris and Dusseldorf, and the fund is actively considering opportunities across the whole of Europe.
In addition, the Property Management Department (Office and Industrial Properties) in Moscow have recently won the instruction to provide facility management services for the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. The property under CBRE management comprises of training facilities, restaurant area that can seat 370, a congress-hall for 650 people, retail premises as well as wellness center on 6 floors. The premises also include student housing for 125 people, a hotel with 126 rooms and a parking lot for 572 cars. The total area of the premises is 80 000 sq m.
