Darrell Stanaford, Managing Director, CB Richard Ellis in Russia and Ukraine, advanced five places from last year to first place in the annual CRE’s Top 100 ranking of the Russian real estate market makers in the "Consulting" category.
In addition to Darrell, the other two CBRE’s employees were included in the Top 100 this year were Jana Kuzina, Director of Strategic Consulting and Valuation Department, and Olga Zorina, Director of Property Management Department, Office & Retail Properties. Both women were recognized by the ranking in the Financial / Valuation and the Property Management categories respectively.
Another recognition of CRE’s Top 100 is Anna Shiryaeva, the head of CBRE affiliated partner, Magazin Magazinov in association with CB Richard Ellis.
The ranking was made based on the analysis of the activities of the company in 2008 - first half of 2009 (projects, achievements, business management in times of crisis); position and the competence of the nominee within his or her company (projects, activities, personal merits, initiatives); publicity of the nominated person; activities within professional organizations and associations; other aspects, like professional awards, articles, books.
According to the article in CRE Top 100, "Impact: Last year the company put some more deals under its belt." It lists Vremena Goda (Deal of the Year), Kvartstroy, asset management of Pushkino, portfolio valuations of PIK and RosEvroDevelopment, leasing agents at Dvintsev (Class A Office Project of the Year) and Viktorenko, fit-out of NSN at Dvintsev and representing GM in leasing its warehouse in Ekaterinburg. "All these large projects and landmark deals give us ground to highly evaluate the activities of CB Richard Ellis and put Mr. Stanaford at the top of the rating."
