January 5, 2007 - CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc, (“CBRE”) announced that it has signed an affiliation agreement with Scot Holland Estates (“Scot Holland”), one of Kazakhstan’s leading real estate services companies.
Based in Almaty, Scot Holland employs 50 people in 4 offices in Kazakhstan. The company will operate as Scot Holland in association with CB Richard Ellis and will provide a full range of real estate services. These include Investment Sales, Office Agency, Valuation & Consulting, and Portfolio, Asset and Property Management.
