Only Big Five’s Commercial Property Managers on Prestigious List Brett White, CEO, CB Richard Ellis Group, has been named to the BusinessWeek’s "The 50 Most Powerful People in Real Estate". Brett White is the only Big Five’s commercial property managers to be included in the 2010 BusinessWeek List.
Performing in his position since 2005, Mr. White is responsible for the global business activities of the world\'s largest commercial real estate services company, with revenue of more than $4.2 billion in 2009.
BusinessWeek’s "The 50 Most Powerful People in Real Estate" list shows 50 industry experts including economists, government officials, heads of industry organizations, bankers, insurers, brokers, homebuilders, property managers, investors, and property owners.
The list is not ranked, so the first person named is not more important than the last. Indeed, the number of people who have a hand in shaping the real estate landscape far exceeds 50, but the list provides of snapshot of industry leaders in 2010.
