Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis Kazakhstan has announced the signing of a Residential Lease Agreement for 2010 with Air Astana in Almaty.The two companies started cooperating several years ago, and regularly signed agency Services Agreements. As a result, several dozens of residential properties were leased with the assistance of Scot Holland | CBRE during last year.
Ms. Galina Umarova, Vice-president of Air Astana, appreciated the «high professionalism of the Scot Holland team, as well as the responsibility, customized attention and commitment to the ultimate and effective accomplishment of the assignment». Air Astana has expressed hope for continuing the mutually beneficial cooperation in the future.
The high level of satisfaction of Air Astana resulted in the conclusion of an Exclusive Service Agreement between the two companies for 2010.
